The innovative rental concept of CLOUD N°7 LIVING offers the tenant flexible rental contracts with desired rental periods from 6 months up to several years, for all those who plan a longer stay.

A 14-day cleaning is included.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
Regarding bed linen and towels they have two options:
1. BYO – principle … bring your own…
2. Bed linen and towels can be purchased at a fixed price and will be provided to you already covered when you move in.
In the CLOUD N°7 LIVING Stuttgart washing machines and dryers of our partner WeWash are available. This service can be used for a fee per washing and drying process. The control and payment is done via app. You will receive further information upon arrival. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
There is a final cleaning at your disposal. However, this is charged separately according to the size of the apartment and time spent and is not included in the rental price.
The monthly rent is a so-called all-inclusive rent, including all ancillary rental costs. A 14-day cleaning is also included.
The rental deposit is two months’ rent.
