  • What is important?

    Please note the applicable measures, which are subject to change at any time. You are welcome to contact us about this to receive further information.

  • Are there any restrictions in the public areas?

    In all public areas we ask that you to keep distance to others (at least 1.5 meters away) and to wear a facemask. In addition, the measures applicable at the time of your stay must be observed.

  • Is a contactless check-in / check-out possible?

    Yes, this is possible. All arrivals after 18:00 hours, on weekends and public holidays are generally contactless. You will receive information about this in advance. If you would like to have a contactless check-in and check-out during reception opening hours, please contact us before your arrival.

    It is not necessary to contact us in advance for your stay at the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS in Tübingen. Here you have online access to all functions via the digital Guest Service System and you can use the self-check-in terminal on site.

  • Are the receptions always staffed?

    No, we have the following opening times:

    CLOUD N°7 APARTMENTS Stuttgart: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 hours

    CLOUD N°7 LOFTS Stuttgart: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 hours

    CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS Tübingen: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 hours

    Please note that the reception is not staffed on weekends and public holidays. Use the online services such as contactless check-in and check-out. You will receive further information on this at the time of your reservation. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.

  • Is breakfast offered?

    We do not offer breakfast. In the CLOUD N°7 APARTMENTS Stuttgart, our guests can use the breakfast offer of the hotel located in the same building. You pay the costs directly at the hotel.

    In the immediate vicinity of the CLOUD N°7 LOFTS in Stuttgart and the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS in Tübingen you will find many cafés, bakeries and supermarkets that offer breakfast. You are welcome to prepare your breakfast in your apartment.

  • Are Pets allowed?

    You are welcome to bring dogs. We charge an additional fee for accommodation and cleaning. Please contact us directly. Other pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Is a hair dryer available?

    Yes, all apartments are equipped with a hair dryer.

  • Are extra beds and baby cots available?

    Yes, extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. We provide cots free of charge. There is a daily charge for extra beds. Please inform us well in advance if you need an extra bed or a cot. Please note that not all room types can accommodate an extra bed.

  • Is there a laundry service offered?

    Most of the CLOUD N°7 apartments in Stuttgart are equipped with a washer-dryer. Please indicate when making your reservation if you would like an apartment with a washer-dryer. All apartments are also equipped with an iron and ironing board.

    Washing machines and dryers from our partner WeWash are available in the CLOUD N°7 LOFTS Stuttgart and the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS Tübingen. This service can be used for a fee per washing and drying. Payment is via app. You will receive further information upon your arrival. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

  • How are the apartments equipped?

    The CLOUD N°7 apartments in Stuttgart are fully furnished and equipped. The kitchens have a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, and microwave. In addition, the kitchens are fully equipped.

    The CLOUD N°7 LOFTS offer rooms without a kitchen for short stays. The lofts, which are equipped with a kitchen, have a hob, fridge, microwave, and some are equipped with a dishwasher

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, all apartments come with bed linen and towels.

  • Is parking available?

    CLOUD N°7 APARTMENTS Stuttgart: parking spaces are available on request and for a fee in the fully automated multi-storey car park.

    CLOUD N°7 LOFTS Stuttgart: Unfortunately, there are no dedicated parking spaces available. Please contact us for more information on possible parking spaces.

    CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS Tübingen: we recommend the surrounding car parks, which are in the immediate vicinity. For example, the car park at the post office on Europaplatz or the Neckarparkaus. Please see the current parking fees at the entrance.

  • What is the arrival time?

    Arrival is possible from 15:00 hours. Please note our reception opening hours. These are usually Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours.

    At the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS Tübingen you can also check in online or at the self-check-in terminal from 15:00 hours. You will receive further information on this in advance by e-mail.

  • How long can you stay in the apartment on the day of departure?

    We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 hours at the latest on the day of your departure. Thanks for your support.

  • Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

    No, all apartments in all locations are non-smoking apartments. Smoking with the window open and smoking e-cigarettes is not permitted. Smoking is also not permitted in the public areas. To respect other guests, we also kindly ask that you also refrain from smoking on balconies and terraces.

    Please note that all apartments are equipped with a sensitive smoke detector. If the fire brigade is alerted by smoking, the guest is liable, and the fee will be charged to the guest. In addition, a cleaning fee of at least EUR 250.00 will be charged if the smoking ban is not observed.

  • Can changes be made in the apartments?

    Structural changes are not permitted, this includes, for example, that no pictures may be hung up. Storage space and shelves are available for your personal belongings.

  • Can you bring bicycles?

    Yes, this is possible. Bicycle parking spaces are available at all locations for this purpose. Please note that no liability is accepted for theft or damage.

  • Can I have mail and parcels sent to me?

    Yes, this is possible. Always add your name in addition to the shipping address and, if applicable, the apartment number so that we can clearly assign the shipment.

  • Is there a restaurant?

    Our accommodations do not offer a restaurant. All locations are very central and there is a large selection of restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. You can also order food via delivery services.

  • When will my apartment be serviced?

    The cleaning, including changing the bed linen and towels, takes place once a week. The apartments at the CLOUD N°7 APARTMENTS in Stuttgart are cleaned twice a week. If you would like additional cleaning, we can organize this for you at an additional cost. Please contact the reception for further information.

  • Kitchen equipment and crockery can be provided upon request.

    In the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS, all rooms are equipped with a kitchen. These offer a hob, a fridge, a microwave, and some are equipped with a dishwasher.

  • Is there a minimum length of stay?

    There is a minimum stay of 3 nights at the CLOUD N°7 APARTMENTS in Stuttgart. There is generally no minimum stay in the CLOUD N°7 LOFTS Stuttgart and the CLOUD N°7 STUDIOS in Tübingen. There may be a minimum length of stay depending on the season.

  • How to cancel a reservation?

    Reservations can be cancelled according to the agreed cancellation policy. Please note that reservations made through a third-party website (online travel agent) must also be cancelled through them. Cancellation via us is not possible. Please note our terms and conditions.

  • Are there special rates for companies?

  • Are group reservations possible?

    Yes, group reservations are possible. Please contact us directly with your request.

    The reservation of group rooms via the website and third-party websites is limited.

  • What services are included in the price?

    Both guests who stay only one or a few nights and long-term guests benefit from the services already included. These are, among others:

    – Regular cleaning of the apartment

    – Disposal of the waste

    – Fully furnished apartments with private bathrooms and premium amenities

    – Bed linen and towels

    – On-site support, concierge service and digital services

    – All additional costs for water, electricity, heating, etc.

    – Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs

  • Are double rooms available?

    All locations have both single and double rooms. Please contact us or review the category when booking online.

Payments
  • Do you require a deposit payment before arrival?

    A rental deposit is required for long-term stays of one month or more. The deposit is usually one month’s rent. There is no rental deposit for short-term stays. We only need the credit card details for the guarantee of your booking.

  • How is the payment process?

    You pay the costs for the entire stay before arrival or at the latest at check-in. For long-term stays, the first month’s rent is to be paid upon arrival and each additional month’s rent is billed at the beginning of the month.

  • How to pay the bill?

    We prefer cashless payment. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club and China Union Pay. Payment by EC-card or in cash is also possible. Payments via bank transfer are possible by prior arrangement.
